Listening, Guiding, and Transforming Together

At River's Edge we provide more than just talk therapy.

Having someone to talk to can be extremely helpful in working through challenges in your life. But sometimes you need specialized treatment. At River's Edge, we have therapists who are trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities.

EMDR

EMDR can be an effective tool when talk therapy has not been effective in processing trauma or other adverse events in your life.

Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT)

Parent Child Interaction Therapy is a short-termed treatment for parents and children ages 2 up to age 7. PCIT helps address unwanted behaviors and improves listening using a positive approach.

Parent Child Interactive Therapy
Grief and Loss

ETT is a structured, experiential, and evidence-based psychotherapy approach. It helps individuals transform negative emotional patterns, using the science of attachment to foster secure, healthy connections to oneself and others.

Grief is a complex experience and can be challenging to navigate on our own. Sometimes we need the assistance of an outside perspective to help us understand our complex feelings and emotions when we lose someone in our life.
